Ericsson has developed an SAP solution that was implemented globally at the different sites and is supported centrally. The template contains a widely integrated solution to support the complex projectbased way of working.
The Vigour ICT Consultants were part of the implementation teams in Greece, the United Kingdom and Ireland. Within the team they were responsible for the integrated configuration of the modules Finance and Controlling, keeping in mind the different local legal requirements. Data conversion and training were also part of the tasks.
