NUON ET&W has a deal-system (KW3000) that is used by traders to register deals and that can handle reporting and invoicing. Because of a change in the legislation regarding the VAT, and to implement a requirement to increase the quality of the invoicing, it was decided to only use the deal-system to register deals. All other activities have been moved to the main SAP system.

The Vigour ICT consultants have clarified and analyzed the financial process for implementation in the SAP system. Internal reporting and VAT declaration for different countries were part of the activities. Where needed, support and training were arranged.
