Nuon has started several internal optimization projects to benefit the business processes.
The Vigour ICT consultants were added to the existing project team. Here they supplied the ABAP knowledge necessary within the support and administration organization. The development of invoice documents, transactions, IDocs and interfaces (between Siebel and SAP), reports and update programs were part of their responsibilities.
